The Journey Continues. Canon’s new EOS Rebel T1i is packed with features, both refined and new. An HDMI port allows for quick connections to high definition TVs and monitors for easy viewing of your stills and video. The entire operation is simple and easy even if you are a beginner. You’ll have uncompromised EOS Digital performance with power and flexibility right in the palm of your hand.

It is a very good camera overall. Good picture quility, reasonably small body, when considering the zoom power of Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 Digital Camera. With a few buttons and clicks, I had Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 Digital Camera set up and ready to go.

Fully charged the battery, visited a friend and took about 20 pictures. On the next day, I took Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 Digital Camera and continuously took picutres. The battery starts flashing red when after taking 210 additional picutres. 35 more picutres later, the battery went to completely dead. In total, I took about 280 picutres with around 40% using flash and rarely used the zoom. This is well short of the advertised. I suppose it is good enough for a day trip; but I better have a way to charge the battery every night.

I mainly use the EVF, but the articulating LCD screen has come in handy for composing shoots at alternative angles. According to the specs using the LCD doesn’t cause much of a battery drain (something like 110 minutes versus 120 minutes full on picture taking or video recording).

Of course Panasonic DMC-GH1 Camera is bigger than a ps in both size and weight (over 2 pounds with the lens). But I’ve carried it all day and didn’t notice the weight. Also Panasonic DMC-GH1 Camera may seem expensive, but if you get a GF1 you’ll need to spend money on an EVF and an additional lens (45-200mm) to have a setup that is comparable in ability … as well as size, weight, and price.

I do recommend Panasonic DMC-GH1 Camera, but you need to decide if it’s right for you.

I have no complaints about Canon PowerShot SD1200IS Digital Camera. It takes great pictures and has more features than the average person will ever figure out how to use. It is compact and lightweight, perfect for the outdoor enthusiast to carry along. Canon PowerShot SD1200IS Digital Camera is hard to beat for the money. I only gave it 3 stars for Accessories because it did not come with a memory card. Fortunately I had purchased a 16GB card at the time I ordered Canon PowerShot SD1200IS Digital Camera. The cards that come with many of the lower priced cameras are usually pretty small anyways and are replaced at some point.

We bought Canon EOS Rebel T1i Camera kit off of eBay with Squaretrade warranty for less then (…) using Bing Cashback so I got an outstanding price right off the bat.

As far as Canon EOS Rebel T1i Camera goes; it takes great pictures as far as I can tell. I’m not professional; I just wanted a camera that would get the shots of my 3 year old daughter and this does it pretty well. We put the pictures on my 55in lcd tv and blew them up to 200% and still didn’t notice any pixelazation on the focus point. Canon EOS Rebel T1i Camera controls are very easy (except for autofocus on the video); the speed of Canon EOS Rebel T1i Camera is awesome (highly recommend the Sandisk Extreme 30mb/s SD card); overall very satisfied with Canon EOS Rebel T1i Camera. My only complaint is that it does not accept Compact Flash which are cheaper and capabale of higher write speeds.

From my list of 4 pros and 4 cons, you might wonder why I’m giving this product 5 stars?… It’s because considering the great performance – and low price – of the Canon EOS Rebel T2i, the ‘cons’ I list really aren’t that big of a deal. Just because some cameras offer the aforementioned features the Canon EOS Rebel T2i lacks, it doesn’t mean the Canon EOS Rebel T2i isn’t a solid performer. On the contrary, I have been completely satisfied with this Canon EOS Rebel T2i camera’s image and video quality, performance, features, AND PRICE, and would recommend the Canon EOS Rebel T2i to anyone looking for an affordable way to capture memories!
