Snapper 7800417 Self-Propelled Lawn Mower : I ordered this mower to replace an older snapper which had been a great mower. When I received the mower via ups, and completed the set-up procedures, i discovered that the front right wheel was bent. Apparently the carton had been dropped. I notified ups, snapper and amazon on a friday. ups arranged for a pick-up for the following monday and informed me that they had contacted amazon. I e-mailed amazon on the same friday indicating my predicament and asked for assistance. On checking my e-mails on sunday, amazon replied that they had shipped a replacement that friday and i was able to download shipping labels for the return of the defective mower. The new mower arrived
on thursday and works as advertised and does a great job. kudos to amazon for superb customer service!!!!!
Incidentally, snapper customer service was the least helpful. They wanted me to take the mower to a dealer for
repair. I told them that i did not want a repair, but rather a new mower like i had ordered.

Litter Robot LRII Automatic Self-Cleaning Litter Box : I followed the instructions, and my 2 cats (both 2 years old) took right to it. Initially, they liked to ‘play’ with it when it turned. They knew by stepping on the ‘ledge’ the globe would stop rotating. That was annoying but passed quickly. I used the small kitchen bags as liners and sometimes I used baking soda for extra odor control, but I never found it necessary. One nice effect this had was that quite often new visitors were quite surprised to find that there were 2 cats living here, as there was no ‘cat smell’. The sound it makes when rotating is my only ‘con’. Its not that loud, not that often, nor does it run for that long, maybe a minute? (I’ve never timed it.) They do track a small amount of litter outside the globe, but nothing too bad. If you don’t clean the tray and things pile up, you can end up with a very messy globe, but that’s due to not emptying the tray before it’s full.

Factory-Reconditioned Karcher Electric Pressure Washer : Just received this today. 3-4 day shipping, fantastic.
Put it together (pictures only, nothing written for assembly) hooked up the water, plugged it in. Released the trigger switch and started power washing.
Now I’ve only used gas machines in the past and only 3 or 4 times in my lifetime. I have to admit, I wasn’t too impressed with the force and volume of water coming out BUT, it was cleaning, some. Did some concrete, some siding and guttering. A little disappointed but, as I said, it was working some. Made sure the hose wasn’t kinked and almost resgined myself that, well, it’s not a gas model and surely it couldn’t be 2000 lbs of pressure.
The hose was leaking a bit at the connection so I decided to work on that.
Only to find that there was a little switch I had overlooked. Turned it to the ON position and went back to the gun and I was so glad none of my friends were around to witness my chagrin. WHAT a DIFFERENCE. I love Factory-Reconditioned Karcher Electric Pressure Washer. You gotta try if for youself but it heartily recommend it. No gas, no maintenance, compact, and a whole lot more powerful when you turn on the switch!

American Lawn Mower 1705-16 Reel Mower : Want to save the earth from unnecesary carbon? Want to save money on gas? Want to save yourself from reeking of gasoline every time you mow? I bought this at Menards and love it for my small city plot. It takes only slightly longer than a gas mower. Works great if you keep up and don’t let it get super long. Definitely get the sharpening kit and do that at least once every summer if not twice. If you don’t, mower gets harder and harder to push. If you keep up it’s not any harder to use than a gas mower – except doesn’t work quite as well on steep hills. No need to deal with bagging if you keep up – the short clips can be raked and bagged but it’ll also decompose pretty quickly.

Lucky Champ Litter Pan : We adopted a baby boy kitten last month and he came with a pretty large litter box, but he wouldn’t cover his mess and he tracked litter everywhere. The cat books say not to switch litter boxes, but we wanted to give Lucky Champ Litter Pan a try. As soon as we took it out of the box he jumped inside of it and played in it the rest of the day with a toy mouse. (LoL!) The following day he watched me assemble his new box and then put his paws in it when I was finished. I was anxious as to whether or not he’d take to the new box, but he did quickly and I think he loves it! He now covers his messes and this box is so large and deep that I’m sure it’s more comfy. There is a bit of litter around the front of the box when he exits, but not nearly as much as with the regular boxes.

Graco Ashleigh Classic Convertible Crib : In response to a previous review, the instructions stated to make sure the springs on the mattress support had their prong connectors facing down before putting your mattress on it or it would tear the mattress. So, the people who complained about the crib tearing their mattress simply didn’t follow the instructions. The crib was relatively easy to assemble, with the only problem being that, when attaching the mattress support it was very hard to get tools into the small space to get the bolts tightened. Nothing 5 minutes of being diligent didn’t fix.

Mi Jam Pro Air Drummer : First, let me say that this is NOT a substitute for a real drum — it is also NOT made to hit on surfaces (it is really an air drum). It is unfair to judge it by saying “you can’t learn proper positioning of the drum” and compare it in this fashion to a real drum set. What this WILL do for you is teach you rhythm and coordination, and also help you see if you have a natural aptitude for drums.

Also, probably not the best toy for kids under 10. You have to have your basic coordination ready before trying this. So, again, unfair to say the toy doesn’t capture children, when it is actually not really a toy. It is not designed for children. Older kids and adults, however, would love it. For younger children, I would recommend starting with the Bop It toy, which is awesome teaching basic coordination, endurance and rhythm.
